lyrics
Caverns once harvested for its endless wealth, emptied to a shell
Excavating greed (greed) stealing from beneath her belt
Years of mining have set momentum for a climactic deadly trap
Decrepit the weakened beams snap as massive mounds of earth collapse
Tonight, father's not coming home. Buried in an instant catacomb
Dampened dismal grave, releasing slides of mud, start to seal this cave and their fate
Hoards of carcass sink in the mire Slowly the confined begin to expire
[break/instrumental]
[dying fetus riff x 2]
Underground exterminate, by the masses
Carbonized marbleized, expired of gases
Bedding of regolith, rests the dead
Human compost, replenishing the ravaged
[Breakdown riff]
Bodies recycled to fertilize the earth
Rotting the flesh transforms to dirt
Tonight, father's not coming home. Buried in an instant catacomb
Dampened dismal grave, releasing slides of mud, start to seal this cave and their fate
Hoards of carcass sink in the mire Slowly the confined begin to expire
Splattered matter (shall) mark the tomb,
(inside) the concealed forever rest in her womb

The perfect mix of (old school) death thrash and (modern) slam death. With a great sense for groove and impressive amount of variation. I'll keep an eye on these guys - especially on their other profile where this is a little cheaper and new stuff is available. mourner

I usually don't even like low growls that much, but this record is something else. The guitars sound great. The album flows really well and all the songs are easily distinguishable. Easily one of the best albums of the year. lowpassportion
